-
Your name, email address, phone number, and city or region
-
Whether you are writing for yourself or on behalf of someone else

-
How you found us
What we collect automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit: your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the page that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
What we learn from our network. If a trainer, agent, dietitian, or existing client refers you, they may share your name and contact details with us so that we can reach out. We keep that information to a minimum and use it only to follow up on the referral.
3 · sensitive information
If you become a client, we may need information about your dietary needs, allergies, food intolerances, training load, or health goals to prepare meals that are safe, thoughtfully tailored, and aligned with your needs.
We collect this only from you or your authorized representative, and only what is necessary for your menu. Access is limited to the chefs and team members who need it to plan and prepare your meals, along with service providers supporting its secure storage and handling. It is never used in our marketing, sold, or shared for advertising.
Please avoid including medical details in our website inquiry form. You can share relevant information later, directly with your chef.
